Your first visit
Five steps to your first visit
- Book online or call
Book online any time, or call the office at (248) 239-5300 during office hours.
- Check your coverage
Call the number on your insurance card, or ask our front desk, to confirm your plan covers the visit and whether you need a referral.
- Bring the essentials
Photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your medicines, and any X-ray or MRI reports or discs from other offices.
- Exam and X-rays
Your visit includes an exam, X-rays on site when needed, and time to ask questions.
- Leave with a plan
You'll know what's going on, why, and what comes next, whether that's physical therapy, an injection, bracing or surgery.

1349 S. Rochester Road, Suite 205, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. The clinic, X-ray, the Orthopaedic Surgical Institute and physical therapy are in the same building.

Do you treat young athletes?
Yes. We care for middle school, high school and college athletes as well as active adults and families.
Can I ask a medical question by email or through this website?
Please don’t send personal health details through the website. Call the office, or use the patient portal to message your care team. In an emergency, call 911.
